Chimera Directive will assign one reconstructed Hot-Zone scenario, then generate one operator and authorized loadout package for each team member. The resulting simulation briefing can be reviewed, shared, or regenerated.

Operator substitutions and loadout adjustments are not supported by this protocol. Improvisation begins after simulation start.
